Christine German Ferris, DVM 
Veterinarian

Dr. Ferris has practiced in the Roanoke Valley for 15 years.  She has a wonderful family. Husband Richard Ferris, two step-sons, Jeremy (19) & Jacob, (11) & Sasha (an 11 year old Siberian Husky) & her two cats, Simba & Rose, keep her busy.

'90 Graduate VA Tech. B.S. Animal Science, minor Biology, '95 Graduate VA-MD Regional College of Vet Med, Doctor of Veterinary Medicine

Paula K. Williams
Office Manager 
Paula has been working in the field of Veterinary Medicine since 1998. She lives in Roanoke with her husband James and her dog Princess (11 year old Chow Chow). She has 3 grown children, 4 step children and 3 grandchildren which she enjoys when she can. She has enjoyed working with all pets and learning of all their individual needs.


Julin Rice
Veterinary Technician 
Julin has been working in Veterinary Hospitals since 1993.  She began in high school volunteering after school learing the kennel duties in a large facility and over several years moved up to Veterinary Assistant, Head Nurse, Kennel Manager, and found that she enjoyed the Nurse / Technician Position the most fun. 


Tanya Wimmer
Receptionist 
Tanya has been working in the field of Veterinary Medicine since October 2008.  In the  time that she has been in the business, she has enjoyed meeting and working with each one of you as well as your pets. 

Melissa Wilkerson
Veterinary Technician 
Melissa is a 2008 graduate of Carson-Newman College with a B.A. in Biology.  She graduated from Botetourt High in 2004.  She was involved in the Choir & Color guard in both high school & college.  She is certified in EMT-B & CPR & is currently a member of the Read Mountain Fire & Rescue department.
